We recommend picking the size based on your waist or hip measurement. 

Medium Fits    - 28" - 36" 
Large Fits        - 36" - 48"
XL Fits             - 48" - 56"

If you are between sizes or on the edge then either will fit. The smaller of the two sizes being a tighter fit and having a lower rise and the large size having a larger leg opening with a higher rise.

How do I pick the right size diaper?

We ship out Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, and have a cut off time of 2pm for same day shipping in most cases. We ship using FedEx Ground, International, and 2 Day Express on some orders as well as USPS.
