Unfortunately, we cannot resell any shipped diaper products which have already shipped due to FDA health regulations. This applies even if the product is unopened. If the sizing sent to you is different than what you ordered, due to Tykables error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
If you are unsure which size is best for you, we recommend purchasing samples prior to committing to a large order to ensure you purchase the best fitted option. You can also find more information on size HERE.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any underwear, again due to FDA regulations.
Clothing may be exchanged one time at no cost to you. Orders qualify for an exchange only if they meet the following requirements:
- Item is within 7 days of delivery.
- Tags have not been removed from the product.
- Products have not been washed.
At this time we can not accept exchanges from outside of the USA.
